SESI has prepared standard Terms and Conditions which we attach to each of our proposals. If these are acceptable to you and you sign back the proposal or issue a purchase order for the quotation, then these Terms and Conditions will govern the project. Please read them carefully, and if there are clauses that you do not agree with or wish to modify, they must be discussed with SESI and agreed to before the project starts.
